At Schoolbox (Holy Banana Pvt Ltd), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienic, and timely lunchbox services. As we deal with perishable food items, returns and refunds are handled with care under the following policy:
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a lunchbox that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must report it immediately upon delivery.
- Quality Issues: If you believe the quality of food is compromised, please raise your concern within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photos, if possible.
- Non-eligible Situations: As we deliver freshly cooked, perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted once delivered unless the above conditions apply.

Provide:
- Date of delivery
- Issue description
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Refund amount may be partial or full depending on the nature of the complaint and management’s discretion.
- Orders once processed cannot be cancelled as we prepare fresh meals based on your subscription.
- Any changes or cancellations must be informed before the cutoff time (usually before 9 PM for next day morning slots.) to avoid charges.
