1. Delivery Timings
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, on all regular school days.
• Lunchboxes will be delivered as per the delivery slot selected by you during checkout, ensuring they reach you before your child leaves for school.
2. Delivery Areas
• Our services are currently available in selected locations within the city.
• Please check service availability in your area by entering your area Pin Code. If service is available in your area, you may proceed to place your order.
3. Contactless Delivery
• For your peace of mind, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery staff will place the lunchbox at your doorstep, ring the bell, and leave.
4. Missed Deliveries
• If no one is available at the delivery address, our team will attempt to contact you.
• In case of no response, the lunchbox will be returned, and no refunds will be issued for missed deliveries.
5. Changes or Cancellations
• Any changes, pause or cancellations must be made by 9:00PM.
6. Delivery Charges
• Delivery charges may apply based on your location and subscription plan. Details will be provided during checkout.
7. Hygiene & Packaging
• All lunchboxes are sealed and packed in hygienic, food-safe containers.
• We follow strict hygiene standards throughout the preparation and delivery process.
